Finally got around to watching Shang Chi and my gawd they did Xu Xialing dirty. Like might as well call her the unwanted step child. Did not have any respect outside her clearly illegal fighting ring. Not even in her mothers village where her own aunt insults her and makes it clear she is not meant to fight with her own people. (Reminds me of Elsa being loved more by the Northuldra while Anna is just there) She is set up to be a better but was upstarted and not able to fight with her brother because "destiny" reasons. (Elsa headed to Ahtohallan and shoving sister to the side like Shang fighting his dad) She should have been given more of a role and less of a "SURPRISE" she is going to be evil. COME ON MARVEL WE HAVE ENOUGH ONE KID IS EVIL THE OTHER IS GOOD. (And if you are lucky you get to have your spot to rule over your fathers kingdom only when dear older sibling goes to get a better more exciting destiny while you get zero in comparison) Honestly it would have been far better

I am glad I do not have a child sometimes because I see this hell hole around me and realize it would be selfish to bring one into this.
