To all service members here in the real world or in fiction. All soldiers do what they have to do to protect their fellow solders and/or officers. No matter the situation they are the guards that keep us safe. Killing is a part of the job, and a part to the cost of war. War is always the last resort as at times the enemy or enemies do not bend to logic and compromise. Whether the fight is for freedom or the sustainability of the country or in Avatar's case the world, their fight remains sound. They are not the enemies, they are our friends, our protectors, our guardians. The real enemy causes us to turn on one another. Using deception and temptation to stray us from our path of the righteous and noble fight. And even if the gun is a hired gun, they are needed when the policy fails to allow normal soldiers to do their jobs. It is not evil to follow command for the greater good of ones own faction/force/team/kind. Every death of a soldier or officer is sad.

This is for all troops that understand the cost of combat and war. In the words of my history teacher "Death is a part of life and all must learn to accept it and deal with it, even in times of war". I was told that War is a necessary part of life and without it we would fall. Nice concept to think of. Sadly many do not understand, they think it is more noble to die a pacifist than to stand up and fight and they constantly strike back with rude and crude comments to the soldiers willing to pull the trigger. Who is more weak, the one that will allow violence or the one willing to fight? Answer is clear
