TF Meeting Megatron REVAMP

PART TWO OF THREE
MEETING MEGATRON

A job interview this was anything but. This was the most stressful thing she had to deal with since her mother’s death. Meeting Megatron! Highly doubtful any human would be able to approach this with bravery. Megatron the Hail Bringer of Destruction and Death. A being who’s sole mission in life was the annihilation of all beings that he considered weak or against him. A being that he would undoubtedly see her as. The only thought going through her head as they approached the base of the Decepticons. A base with the name Nemesis, an interstellar space shuttle that from what Blackout told her was gigantic. A ship that was 2.5 Earth miles long, and 1.5 miles high. The Decepticons had placed in the middle of the North Atlantic. Blackout rehearsed a few questions that Megatron would most likely ask to her. Blackout started “What makes you think you are special enough to be a Pet of the mighty Decepticons?” Unsure what to say she just let out a long uhhh. “No, no, no, you can’t get tied in the vocal processors, Megatron will take that as a sign of disrespect. Try again” He said a bit annoyed at her lack of a response.“Again! What makes you think you are special enough to be a Pet of the mighty Decepticons?” “I do not think I am special enough but I would like to have a chance to prove that I am WORTHY of such a place amongst you….. How was that?”“Good! Much much better. Just keep going along with whatever he will say. He likes it when people agree with him.”

And just like that, before her eyes, was the largest thing she had ever seen. It was a gigantic purple colossus. This so called “space shuttle” was larger than most buildings or complexes that exist on Earth. The shuttle was large enough to dwarf all skyscrapers. This Thing, was covered in not only HUGE spikes, but I could see protruding gun barrels and weaponry she thought only existed in science fiction. Surely not a soul on the planet could disagree that it was spectacular. But how was it not sinking to the bottom. She looked out in awe “Woah! That is gargantuan!” Blackout had another chuckle “Big to your standards, I take it?”“Are you kidding me, there are actually larger things on Cybertron?” Asking politely. “Yes, that would be correct, there are buildings at least four times as big and some even 40 or so times larger. Our shuttle building bay is about the size of the city of Chicago, just a bit more square instead of oblong.” “Wait a minute, if what you say is true, just how big is Cybertron?” “By your Earthling standards would say that it is Jovian in size give or take a dozen or so thousand miles.”“THE SIZE OF JUPITER?!”
 “You say that as if it were some oddity. Most planets are that size in the universe. But yes, just a tad bit smaller though, and less moons. We only have two moons, each the size of this solar systems Mars” She was stopped dead awestruck that such a place could really exist.

He flew down onto a landing area where Blackout told her to get off so that he may transform into his bipedal form. Complying with that order she got off of him, of course almost stumbling as her nervous knees almost gave way. She heard the same weird sound and she turned around. She saw Blackout back in his robot form. She asked what that sound was and he said it is like a dial up connection here on Earth. It is just a signal to the body to start transforming. He laid down his hand and told her to get on. She did this and he lifted her up till so she could sit on his shoulder. She was pressed against his head and grabbed the rather large protruding spikes on his cheek to stabilize herself. He started walking till they hit a door. This panel retracted up when Blackout placed his hand on to the side panel and a bunch of tones came from it. He started walking and she noticed that they were in a giant mechanical room. Everywhere you looked, you could see wires, pipes, and button laden boxes. She thought there was every kind of mechanism aboard the vessel. He kept walking till he got to another door, Blackout then spoke in a language she had not heard before. And the doors slid open and together they made their way into a smaller room. No doubt it was an elevator. An elevator with 150 or so buttons and other mechanisms. Each of which was the size of her hand or bigger. The elevator began to descend and it stopped at what she could guess was the 20th floor down. The elevator door slid open and Blackout began to walk just until they reached the end of the hallway. He helped her down. “I know that you are scared, but just listen to what I told you. Keep your head down unless told not to, and stay quiet okay?” Blackout brushed the side of my head and smiled. With a shaky voice she responded “Okay.” With a deep breath Blackout knocked on the door. “Megatron sir?”

A deep voice bellowed from inside the room. “WHAT IS IT BLACKOUT!?” Blackout sounding kind of scared himself “I brought the PET I wanted, just as you asked” Megatron roared “FINE!’ The door opened revealing an even more menacing being then she remembered from LA, he was big, and he looked angry. Scared stupid she didn’t move initially, thinking all the time on just how royally screwed she was. Blackout tapped her back indicating that she should go forward. Carefully steeping toward the monolith of a robot. Megatron just looked at her like he was going to squish her into the floor. Megatron snickered examining the small form beneath him “I don’t know why Blackout wants a pet, you humans are vile little creatures that deserve to be destroyed…don’t you think so?” Blackout tapped her back again. “YES SIR!” Megatron turned to a computer monitor with a video clip of Optimus Prime. “All this mess with the Autobots, more like Rustibots to me, with YOUR KIND working with them. I have no idea why Optimus would help those who had me imprisoned. Now how can I trust you to keep the Decepticon secrecy?” Blurting out. “FEAR SIR.’ “FEAR OF YOU!” Smirking at that response he replied “Well, maybe you are not so stupid after all. BUT HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GO BABELING TO OPTIMUS THE MINUTE YOU LEAVE THIS COMMPOUND!?” She clenched her eyes shut and only after realizing he wasn’t going to hurt her did she reopen my eyes. “SIR… I Have seen enough movies to know what happens, the minute my treachery is found out, you would…you would, take it out on my family. A family sir, that gets smaller every year.” She said with a slight bit of sadness.

Blackout butting into the conversation. “She has a brother sir, a brother she would not put into danger. So you can trust that.” He said smiling. Megatron looking exasperated “Blackout, who am I talking to?” Realizing too late his dumb interruption answered anxiously “Her sir!” Megatron stepped toward Blackout “Then why ARE YOU ANSWERING FOR HER?” Blackout just looked like he was about to get hit! “As I was saying, hum..You look familiar, were you in LA six months ago?” Nodding rapidly “Yes sir, you uh..almost crushed me when Optimus punched you. You really took that hit well sir!” Smiling awkwardly was not helping her. “Is that supposed to be a joke?” Asking with a hint of anger in his voice. “No sir!” She corrected herself. “Well that would explain why you look familiar but as you can see I did best Optimus and he ran to take cover as I gained the high ground.” Trying to get on his good side Taiya complimented him smiling “I saw that arm fusion cannon thing, that was very very cool sir!” Blackout gave her a smirk. “It is. As is any move I make, I am the supreme leader here after all.”

 

Megatron went back to reviewing the footage “You sure this is the one you want Blackout because she is rather demure and a bit off.” “YES MEGATRON!” Megatron looking less than amused “Well you are one of my most loyal soldiers, you have never given me reason to question that, even my second in command is not that loyal, Starscream has tried every opportunity to overthrow me, and you stood by my side, if this human pet makes you happy, then fine, she is your responsibility. UNDERSTAND?” “YES SIR” One could see a sense of pride in Blackout as he gained the approval of his leader. It occurred to her then, that he feels most happy when he following orders. Megatron arms folded and nodded. “Now back to you.” He said with a bit of spite in his voice glared back at her. This sent a chill up her back and if it were not for the fear shaking her awake she would have passed out cold from this. She could see why he is the leader, his ability to own a situation, his iciness, that is why no one questions his leadership. “Well, do you have a name, or should we all call you fleshling number 1?” Putting her head down and shut her eyes tightly. “My name is Taiya” He looked almost nauseated at such a name. “Not much of a name is it? Tai-ya. I will have to find a better name for you than that. It means literally nothing on you or your abilities or character. Such an odd species.”

Megatron noticed she was looking at the floor “Such disrespect! I EXPECT YOU TO LOOK AT ME WHEN I AM TALKING TO YOU!’ Instantly she looked up to him. “YES SIR! I am sorry sir I am just so afraid of you!” “That’s better. Blackout… Leave us.” Blackout looked apprehensive at this request but had no choice but to fallow it. “But before you go” Megatron pointed at her and then to the ledge where the computer controls were. “Yes sir!” Blackout then picked her up and put her on to the desk area and left the room. She was never more frightened in my life. As soon as the door shut her heart sank as she faced Megatron more to eye level. Well more like chest level. “You understand that I could kill you in an instant right?” Slightly nodding she replied “Yes sir.” He sneered “I don’t like you or your kind, to me all of you are NOTHING. But I look forward to seeing your kind at our feet where you belong.” “I understand sir!” “Raise your hand.” Taiya not wanting to offend him anymore asked “Which one sir?” “ARE YOU GETTING SMART ON ME!” The tension was so thick it was like silicone in the air. “NO SIR! I just wanted to know what you want.” He looked so annoyed at her very existence he spat back “You’d better hope that’s all… Your right… Dear Primus you humans are stupid.’

 

She rose her right hand as he spoke “Better, now repeat, I am now part of the Decepticons.” She repeated each line. “I will do all that is asked of me. I am now property of the Decepticons. I may be Blackouts’ pet, but I belong to Megatron.” Enraged at having to sign over her very being to someone else she shouted back. “I BELONG TO NOBODY.” Slamming his hand down beside her missing her by mere millimeters caused her to fall down. Getting within a foot or so to her face he bellowed  “YOU BELONG TO ME! ALL MY SOLDIERS BELONG TO ME! NOW SAY IT!” Fearful of what he would do with tears falling down her face she repeated “I may be Blackouts’ pet but I belong to Megatron!” He looked unconvinced and swallowing her pride she gave the line with more conviction “I BELONG TO YOU LORD MEGATRON!” That seemed to help as he continued. “You will serve me in any way I see fit! Failure is not an option you. I AM LORD MEGATRON! LEADER OF THE DECEPTICONS! I RULE ALL! NOW! Repeat, I surrender my will to you” Followed his request “I surrender my will to you!” Looking at her to finish the line herself she replied “FULLY AND FOREVER!” Megatron Smirked and nodded “BLACKOUT!” He came in the room and bowed down his head. “YES SIR!” “Take her and get out of my sight! This girl has a lot to learn, it is your job to teach her! Do I make myself clear?” “Yes sir!” “We also need to get in contact with Shockwave, we have use of his surgical skill, and the human cannot be useful to us without some upgrades. And a change of name.” “Thank you Megatron, your generosity is greatly appreciated. I will do that immediately sir!” He said bowing at the waist. “Taiya, what have you learned?” Megatron asked. “I will never question you, not EVER.” “Just keep that in mind and you will not be terminated.” Megatron went back to the video monitors.

Blackout grabbed her and rushed out of the room. Looking down at her he smiled. She clung to Blackout very tightly shaking like a leaf. “Wow that went better than I thought. You were lucky he didn’t hurt you. He broke my arm they day I meet him, he also punched Starscream’s jaw off the day he came before him.” “That was going well?” Noticing that she was drenched in sweat and was tearing up.“Considering his track record. Yes. And I can show you were you will stay with us. I have it all set up.” Unknown to the two Megatron actually liked her outburst. “I belong to no one. I can’t stay I would have said the same thing.” He thought.

Blackout and her boarded the elevator again and it brought them down to an even lower floor.  Thinking it was the 3rd floor or so. They got off and the entire floor seemed to be dead. There was hardly any lights on and it was smaller than the other two floors I saw. This floor looked like it was meant for smaller bots. “This floor was once home to many mini-cons. But we left many of them back on Cybertron. Since then we have not used this floor in a long time. I have the 9th room set up for you. You will feel right at home. This entire floor will be converted I hope to pet quarters. But you will probably be moved up after your initiation.”“Initiation?” She said looking inquisitively. “You didn’t understand what Megatron meant. I think he wants to make you a con. Why else would he want Shockwave?” He asked. “I have no idea? I don’t even know what shockwave is.” “He isn’t a thing, he is a Decepticon, he is our medical expert. My guess is that Megatron wants to make you more like us. I think he may even like you.” Jaw dropping she gawked at him.  “What the hell, if that’s how he treats people he likes!?” “Yes I am surprised completely as you are he did not even break a limb.” “Then I sure hope I never make him mad!” “It will be okay. I have a lot to teach you. But from what I have learned about your race, you can learn a lot and fast.” “And what does he mean by upgrades?” “Not really sure. Anyway it is kind of getting late, and I am due for a stasis lock. You will find everything you need inside.” He said pointing to the number 9 door. “And oh just before I forget.” Blackout handed her what looked like a large key that had a tiny light on it. “That is your access key for your room and the elevator, it can only take you to places Megatron allowed, so don’t go wandering off into areas you don’t have clearance. And the light is so that you won’t lose it in a dark place”

Blackout looked at her and smiled. “What?” Thinking she realized he wanted a kiss. “Alright for your first day as my uh boy-friend…boycon.” She gave him a kiss and he made an aww sound. He lowered her down and said goodnight. He left me her the hallway. Seeing the access panel that was at the entrance she inserted the key. A voice spoke out “Welcome Home Taiya”. It was there she realized that my life as a human had been flipped upside down. She came to the conclusion, this is her home now whether or not she liked it. But happily she was that this past day was my last day in school for the year, leaving her the entire summer to get this Decepticon thing down. “I wish you were here brobro she said.” The room was really nice. And he was right a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was taken care of. Furniture, food, water, and even to her surprise, clothes. She ate a small dinner and had a shower before going to bed. Which was the most comfortable bed se had ever felt. She didn’t remember falling asleep but her last thoughts were  “Okay this is the last time I help a boy who is helping alien robots. Stupid cube.”

Just outside a pair of mini-cons want to see this new human. A small red Decepticon outside spoke  “What do you think Frenzy, I think it’s time for a little bit of Decepticon hazing?”
Frenzy a blue Decepticon spoke  “I think it is, what do you say to a little prank Rumble?’ “That sounds like a plan to me.”
